The continuation of an EC funded project is as such a good thing.

The wording quickly changed form chronic conditions (what we
want) to chronic diseases (what we do not prioritise). The project now
addresses a single disease - and we wanted a broader approach
addressing more than one condition.

The scope shall be on the individual level (not with the care organisation or the hospital).

The activities are predominantely technological - and thus
pretty much look like an FP project. Service aspects could be
emphasised. No information an end user integration is provided, no path
for a business model sketched.

The no. of partners is comprehensive (smaller may be better).
