From my point of view
this pre-proposal is aligned with the objectives of the first AAL call. Anyway
this first call is focused in “prevention and management” of chronic conditions
more than in Social Network or Social Interaction of elderly people. That is why
I will emphasize more the aspects of prevention and management of chronic
condtions through these ICT solutions (Telematic Platforms and Telecare devices)
than the Social Networks aspects of these ICT solutions between the different
agents involved.
As regards consortium
composition it would be important to clearly specify which is the end-user
organisation/s involved. I will also resend this pre-proposal to the other NCP’s
because is important also have their feed-back.

I, Michael, agree with Juan Miguels comments. From the described overall project design and the activities, it - on the one hand side sounds very ambitious and holistic (points 1- 5 under objectives) - and, on the other side, it is not fully clear which consortium partner stands for which project activities. Five possible application environments are described - eventually the consortium may start with one or two of them in prototype settings.
The partner type (INSTITUTION) is vague.
Duration and funding is in line with the objectives. 10 partners from 5 countries is eligible, but eventually difficult to manage.
