The objectives specify the development of a classical telemonitoring system with not fully identified parameter to be monitored. Considering the many available systems already, the project should elaborate a more specific focus, e.g. to aim on the intended simplicity of the device. Unfortunately the text does not provide any activities in this direction.

The main activities also provide the impression of a pretty technological development of just another telemonitoring device. Nothing is said on the "enabling" or "empowerment" of elderly to lead an independent life. These activities are not at all covered.

The indicative figures as well as the consortium are fully in the scope of the programme. It looks good to have so many SME partners on board.

For me the project fits, but seems to be very ambitious. This does not match with the low cost and funding (in the middle only 35 k€ per partner and year). I don´t know, whether the SMEs really have the knowledge and market access needed.
