ActivAgeing (Hartmut)
The proposal was submitted twice to Hartmut, once from Spain, once from France.
A system shall be developed that promotes self-management of frailty and the associated fall rsik of elderly. 4 technical devices are developed that will interact with each other.
Proposers stress the inclusion of several user organisations and a six-month trial phase (with home-dwelling elderly) in three countries.
The consortium consists currently of 10 partners from 6 countries; 6 research organisations, 3 SMEs and 1 end-user. This is already quite comprehensive. The consortium shall elaborate how the large proportion of research organisations ensure the commercialisation. The envisaged trials shall be organised under the partonage of research organisations (potentially problematic).
The proposed activities are assigned in a vertical process rather than a horizontal process - horizontal activities may be stressed further.
