AGAPE

AGAPE is an advanced healthy ageing services ecosystem leveraging on enhancement of existing local services through: innovative ICT components, specific education programmes, coaching sessions and innovation management services, all of them composed in an integrated approach for AHA. AGAPE will provide end users with smart usable interface and dashboards to supervise AHA services performance and to get evidence of innovation adoption figures. AGAPE platform will enable to implement person-centred services plan based on iterative dynamic coaching and service composition strategy, through a multi-stakeholder service orchestration designed to improve inclusion, equity and universal access to the services from older adults.

Objectives:

AGAPE aims to promote the adoption of innovative services for active and healthy lifestyle in 65+ population (primary end users). The objective is to improve QoL of older adults and carers (secondary end users), by reducing workload burden and overcoming eHealth literacy divide. Moreover, AGAPE will provide care organizations (tertiary end users) with sustainable business models for the market uptake.

Expected Results and Impact:

AGAPE will deploy marketable services and solutions. The main expected results are:1. Deployment of a modular technology platform (Agape platform) enabling advanced and customized AHA services;
2. Strategies for the promotion of incremental use of digital services leveraging on training, coaching and behavioural change strategies;
3. Data and insights about the service adoption. This strategic feature will provide an added value for care organization managers to fine tuning the service strategy and carers training and to maximize services value towards decision makers.
AGAPE innovation adoption strategies will be deployed and assessed in 3 EU Pilot Sites (Italy, Portugal, Romania) to promote the AGAPE services’ integration with different local ecosystems, in terms of services organizations, policies, business models, value-chain stakeholders’ needs and wishes. Around 200 end users, including older adults, carers and care organizations will be recruited to provide evidence of the value generate by the project.
