Consortium Building Seminar: videos and on-line discussion
A Consortium Building Seminar was organized by the AAL2Business support action as a side event to the AAL Call Info Day on 17 April 2014 .
The activity was aimed at supporting potential proposers in setting up successful consortia as to maximize the chances of commercial success of their project. The seminar covered a wide range of relevant topics such as :
- specificities of the AAL market ;
- basics of business modelling;
- value proposition evaluation;
- IPR and consortium agreement.
