EU regions discover AAL project results : Supporting Collaborations between the AALJP and Local and Regional Authorities
Around 30 EU regional and municipal representatives with responsibilities in health, ICT, Social Services and Social and Health Care and fourteen AAL project coordinators attended the workshop held last 27th November in Brussels framed in the AAL supporting action on collaboration with regions. This represented an excellent opportunity for networking to promote testing and deployment of AAL JP project results.
A presentation of the findings on recommendations to strengthen the cooperation with regions in scaling up AAL technology innovations will be made at the AAL Forum 2014.
This supporting action counts with the collaboration of CORAL (Regional Policies for Active and Healthy Ageing), EUREGHA (European Regional and Local Health Authorities) and AER (Assembly of European Regions) networks.
