The EU offers the brightest and boldest entrepreneurs the chance to step forward and request funding for breakthrough ideas with the potential to create entirely new markets or revolutionise existing ones. The EIC Accelerator provides grant-only support as well as support in the form of blended finance (combining grant and equity).

The EIC supports top-class innovators, entrepreneurs, small companies and scientists with bright ideas and the ambition to scale up internationally. It provides funding, advice and networking opportunities for those at cutting edge of innovation.

The objective of the webinar is to provide up-to-date information on the content of the EIC Work Programme to potential applicants as well as information on support to the applicants available at both national and European levels.

Alessia is a Project manager at APRE (Agency for the Promotion of the European Research). She has a background in International Business and European Project Management. Her activities are focused on the Innovation in SMEs themes, daily supporting companies in their approach to European funding opportunities. She assists SMEs and entrepreneurs in their path toward the market, supporting them in the right choice of thematic priorities and instruments with a particular focus on EIC Accelerator.
