The AAL Programme would like to thank all of those in our community, who attended the Webinar on September 1 on the results of the European Commission’s recently published report on the Impact of the Demographic change in Europe.
The report was presented by two of the members of the Cabinet of the current Vice-President of the European Commission for Democracy and Demography Dubravka Šuica, Ms. Astrid Dentler and Ms. Deša Srsen, who highlighted the main findings of the report.
The presentations were followed by Q and A, where questions on accessibility of digital solutions for older adults, adjustment of educational systems, labor markets and more. The webinar was a great opportunity to gather all of those working directly or indirectly with the Demographic Change and foster further discussions in the light of the upcoming Green Paper on Ageing.
